How Exciting.
You may find the 16 is the right size unit, but I recommend considering all the Bambi sizes before deciding. Each have their own set of benefits and limiting factors.

Recommend trying to buy a 1-3 old used unit if you can find one in good condition. This will help in that the punch list of any warranty items has likely already been completed. The initial depreciation for a new unit has been realized. The unit is new enough that you can expect to have few issues vs an older unit. And if you decide to trade it or sell it you would likely get most or all of what you spent.
Read and learn about tools, hitches, safety, tires, and such if you need to learn. Youtube also has some great resources.
Have fun!
