1961 Tradewind Fridge Vent

Just realize I lost the refrigerator vent cover for my 1961 Tradewind. Not sure what happened to it, but it is gone! Any idea where to find another? Really need to figure something out ASAP as will be using the trailer in a couple weeks.

Try Vintage Trailer Supply or Out of Doors Mart.

No luck at Inland or Out of Doors. However - there is this place on I-95 in northern South Carolina that has a bunch of old airstreams and parts. They are really over priced but for this I would be willing to pay. I just cannot remember the name!!! Anyone??? It is about a two hour drive from Savannah so would rather call them than waste a day. Hopefully someone will know what place I am talking about!

Tried VTS. Everyone has the "regular" vents - used from 1964 and forward. This is kind of an "eyebrow" shaped vent. Also figured out the place on I-95 is DonMar. They do not have one either.

They are so simple I do not think it would be too difficult to make one yourself. If you do not have the tools or skills you think are necessary, check with any sheet metal shop or heating contractor. They should be able to built you one from just a photo and maybe the rivet holes left from the original.
If you need, I can provide photos and dimensions from the one on my '61 Safari.

Did you try Andy at Inland RV, Corona CA. Not sure they have for a 61.

Tried both. Neither of them fit. Ended up having one custom made. Made sure it is riveted well so as not to lose it again!!!
