Step bolt replacement

Wondering if anyone can tell me where to buy a replacement bolt for our step ('79 Excella).

Here's a picture of the one that's missing/broken:

Let me know how you get that bolt out..... mine look in MUCH better shape than that, and I couldnt get them out for nuthin.... Soaked in PB Blaster for days..... Was going to rebuild with all new just because I had the chance while everything was all apart.... but I finally gave up and just reinstalled, and praying I dont need to rebuild later.

Has anyone ever heard whether loctite is used on the flathead Allen bolts that secure the top step to the hanger side bracket? I saw that PB Blaster was tried. Has anyone tried light heat and Kroil. The reason for the attempted top step disassembly is because the upper rear bolt pins have begun to back out. This makes sliding the step in and out quite difficult. It is my hope that once the step is removed from one of the hanger brackets, that the bracket can be rotated inward, lifting the pin from the larger portion of the curbside end of slide channel. Thank you ODMRV for the pic link.
