Step Bolt Washer Placement

Have purchased the bolt assy. kit for the bottom step fold down arms on our 1989 Excella.

Have no idea where the two washers are to be placed on/between the arms (Outofdoorsmart was no assist).

Top pic shows the bolt placement (K).
Second pic shows the two washers: one (3736) flat(smallest and brass?) and one (3737) larger rather non-flat (twisted)

Anyone here have any idea?

I just did a replacement of one that had fallen out. I'm not at my trailer so don't remember about the brass washer, but the twisted one goes in between the folding arm and the step itself. I actually removed one of the working ones to confirm the order and sequence. Easy to do.

Thanks, that's a good start!

Got it. The other washer can only go one place (the two folding arms were still together).

Thanks again!
