Wheel Well Trim (exterior)

How does one remove/replace the trim that finishes off the wheel well panels on the outside. Mine's cracked and funky. Where do you get the material (U-shaped trim - 3/8"ish)?

End panel trim, available from....darn I got some last year, but forgot where.
