LoL... No, Aage, I would never subject anyone (other than my partner) to my awful singing. I have many talents, but I also am smart enough to know, when to keep my mouth shut!
LoL

Haven't seen it in years, but there used to be a comic strip called "Tumbleweeds." Back when I lived in Oklahoma, it was a regular in the local daily newspaper, and one of my favorite strips.

As (for the older crowd) Sons of the Pioneers plays gently in the background ... enjoy your Tumbleweed!

Thanx Y'all!

Steering back to the main topic, one really cool thing we noticed- Our house address, is in the old WBCCI #s (which we will try to reregister) on our AS!
House- 809
AS- 8090
The more we research, the more we see the importance (& benefits) of joining WBCCI. I guess I can see the desire to remove former #s from your AS. To perhaps make your own history with it. But we plan to rejuvenate & embrace our AS' history. We are currently looking into the various places around the country who totally/professionally strip TTs down to the frame & make them like new again. Modern components, under Vintage skin, with a cool Mid-Century decor. If anyone has had a good (or bad) experience with one of these companies, please let us know!!
Thanx Y'all

2 Cowboys ought to photoshop the image to remove the "S" on the end, and use the image as a decoration on or in their Airstream.

As an aside, watching Airstreams go down the road all my life, and having no connection with them, I always assumed that those numbers meant that they were rented and that was the rental company's way of identifying them. I would think are ALL Airstreams rentals??

My '58 has ghost numbers. I think they're cool as they give that bit of history to it.
