Hub Bolts to Nuts?

Just purchased a "74" Tradewind that has bolts that screw through wheels into the hubs. I would like to change the hubs so that there are bolts mounted to the hubs allowing the wheels to slide over the bolts and then attach with lug nuts. What do I need to do to accomplish this? Do I need to buy new hubs? Thanks for the help!

It's almost as expensive to replace the bolts, as it is to replace the drums with bolts included. Before you make that decision, make sure you have good axles, you can get new axles, brakes, drums, as a unit.
