wireless brake controller mounting

Just bought a 2004 19' Bambi with antisway bars attached to the tongue. Also, our 2012 VW Toureg cannot handle anything but a wireless brake monitor. Where should we put the brake monitor box?? There is no room on the tongue brace as the antisway bar hookup is there. We thought of putting it on the silver canister that hides the propane tanks. Does anyone have any ideas as I do not want to drill holes in the sleek propane canister holder and it is rather flimsy metal. Thanks, Terri
