Reese drawbar & platform

I have a new Reese drawbar #54995 which has drop of some 10". It has worked fine except I have noticed that the platform will shift slightly forward when I brake to a stop or when taking off. It seems like the movement is only 1/8" or so but I did not notice this movement with my other Reese drawbar with this platform. I have used the same bolts, nuts and spacers. There are no spacers between the bar and platform where the bolts go through. Could it be that the holes in this bar are just a little larger than on the bar that was replaced? It doesn't seem to cause any problems but I wondered.
