Bodiak Hitch Warning!

I ordered a Bodiak Hitch more than 2 weeks ago. At that time I was told it would be going out in two days. AS of last Thurs. it had not even been fabricated for my new 2500 Denali. They never answer their phone and they've never returned my voice mail messages. I was lucky last Thurs, when they actually answered the phone. Today, once again, I left a voice mail when the phone was not answered and am awaiting a return. To say that the service is terrible would be an understatement. Compare this to the Dura Flap people where after ordering, i received my Dura Flaps in three days. Really wanted to take our bikes with us this weekend.

Just took my pulse and it was a steady 52. Can"t find the blood pressure monitor to see if my BP has any direct relationship to my POd attitude right now.

Still no reply from Bodiak Hitch despite the fact that they submitted the credit card more than 2 weeks ago. My only thought is that they are out of business. Too bad because this seems to be the best alternative for a front hitch on the Denali 2500

Contest the credit card charge until they deliver. Call your cc company, that often helps.

Did I not read on their website, there was a 2 week lead time?
I believe this is a fellow making these in real time in his personal shop!
The guys over on the FTE (ford truck enthusiasts) site all have high praise for him and the product!
It's summer, he might be on vacation. I'd hold out hope!
