Interior wall / cabinet transition

I am building a complete custom interior for my 1979 31'... I am looking for ideas for covering the space/gap between the new walls/cabinets and the interior aluminum. Some sort of rubber corner molding???? I am also looking for ideas for attaching interior (plywood) walls to the interior skin?

Couple of ideas for the gap between the cabinets & shell..these are easy, they are both soft vinyl...

For the walls, this would work - but it's very difficult (impossible?) to bend to match the curve of an Airstream w/o special equipment
