How to remove ceiling skin?

There are two strips that run along the ceiling from front to back (don't have a pic handy). They join the center ceiling skin with the wall/ceiling skin. Do you have to remove these to get to more rivets underneath? Seems like these are securing the ceiling skin to the main roof frame of the trailer. I don't want to try to pull them off without knowing how.

You just have to bend the ceiling panel down in the center a bit and one edge will slip out of the side track. You will need some help to do this....just work your way from one end to the other careful not to put a crease in the panel. Once you have the panel removed you will see the rivets that hold the side track(s) in place. Good luck.
