Gaucho to Bunk Beds

My conversion of the rear (passenger side of 29' Ambassador) twin gaucho to a bunk bed. (idea from forums) I used the existing gaucho frame, i removed the front trim on the slider, the used self tapping sheet metal screws to hold the slider in place. I screwed a 1/2 plyboard panel on top of the existing frame. Next I framed in the top (31" x 76"). (the rear was toggle bolted and liquid nailed to the outer wall) and then installed the front plyboard face (76" x 4'). Next i cut out the bottom entrance. I used deck screws, 3 sheets of plyboard and 6 2x2's. ($150). This is not that pretty, but its quick and adds some space for kids. I have an outside entry door for access under the gaucho-bunk bed frame.

So is that like a little cubby hole that the kids craw into? Do you have any pic of the finished product? Giving me some crazy ideas...

I stained the "bunkbed" wall recently, its a little darker than I intended, but I intend to sand it a little and go back with a semi-gloss clear.
I painted the interior of the bottom bunk gloss white to brighten it up inside. Yes the "cubby hole" is for the kids to crawl into. The height is slightly above the bottom of the window to allow for some light. You will need to notch the the top bunk for the window levers to clear.
My kids asked me to install a cubby hole wall across the upper bunk as well, so I will do that next. **note that I removed the upper cabinet for clearance.
