Greetings All,
I have a "69 Overlander with a "full bath" in the rear. The interior end-caps need to be replaced. They have both been modified BPO and my new interior floor plan calls for a smaller shower, sink, toilet, configuration. My question is: what options are out there to replace and also provides structural support....Thank you..
The bath end cap is made of fiberglass. It would be very easy to fix any holes and/or cut outs and then just repaint to match your new interior. I don't know of anyway to fab a new endcap unless it was aluminum formed on an english wheel.

The current endcap is attached to the last frame so cutting one down or making smaller would require additional framework to be installed to attach it to.
i repaired my end cap w/ body filler. i think you 'could' make a 13 panel (or more) aluminum end cap... the (pre 57?) older trailers had aluminum end caps... seems like a lot of work. beyond my skillset.
