Hmmm ...... I am almost 64, if I replace it with plywood and sealed the edges and top and bottom, and I maintain the trailer, .... it should last until I am at least 120 years old. Just an opinion .......

Woohoo!! Glad to know there's another original floor in great shape for the most part! Besides our rear bath floor and entryway floor, we were surprised to see it as well as the frame are in awesome condition. Ours is a 70 and we age our AS by 2-3 years more! Have you decided on a product for sealing the wood yet? May I ask what you choose and why?! Thank you, Dawn
