New owner-1971 Sovereign

I just bought a 1971 Sovereign and just found out it has no leveling jacks. Any suggestions, should I go original or is there a better(not too expensive) option. Thanks for the help. I am headed to Missouri to pick it up in two weeks and was hoping to use it to stay in on the way back to California.

Just be aware that any jacks you get should not be used for "leveling" - just stabilizers only. Level the rig side-by-side by using blocks under your tires. Then level front-to-back using your tongue jack. Use stabilizers to keep the rig from rocking when people move around.

Happy trails, good luck on your trip, and welcome to the forums.

Pat

Hi imbighoe I bought my stabilizing jacks from Inland Rv. They are pretty sweet, but like Pat said they are for stabilizing. But I would highly recommend them.
