Vulkum

Is there any reason to remove and replace old Vulkum, such as around the TV antenna if there are no leaks right now, just wondering if preventive maintenance would include redoing it. I have already redone my windows and some smaller sealed areas.
Would you redo it with the same or use another sealant?

Not to be a smart a**, but the old adage a once of prevetion is worth a pound of cure. If it is looking bad, sure, why not. Not sure what other sealers to use, but if it doesn't look bad, there is another adage if it anit broke don't fix it!
