1964 Bambi II window

Greetings to all, I am not currantly a A/S owner, but I have located one. It is a 1964 Bambi II. But the previous owner has removed the back window in the bathroom and replaced it with a window a/c unit how hard is it going to be to find this window frame and at what cost, I do not have any pictures as I have only talked to the guy on the phone.

Almost a Airstream owner!!!!!!!

The window is sort of exclusive to the AS trailer. It is a Hallmark window. Perhaps a restorer can find a window for you. The cost should be reasonable if you can find one. Good luck...

Bambi II Window

I the trailer is the right price I'd snatch it up. Use the window problem, very rare hard to find etc. to your advantage when you purchase it. I have a window frame out of a 66 Trade Wind That you could remake and get by until you can find the original. If the main frame is still in the trailer you can install a piece of sheet glass. It won't open, but will do until you can get the real thing. I have to do the same thing with a 64 Globetrotter that is missing the front window hardware and glass. If you can buy it rigt you won't lose with this size trailer. Go for it
