Angry 1986 Avion 34V Door skin

Above Avions door had some trauma at some time before I purchased it. The skin is out from under the frome on the hinge side exterior. have tried to pull on the door while attached to trailer. No gain. Consulted a aluminum welder that if I cut the frame. re-located the skin, weld the frame back. Cannot do. Most likely would burn thru the skin. I'm going to remove the door and attempt to pull on both sides of the frame to spread both sides enough to be able to reinsert the skin. May have to cut the frame with hacksaw at a yet to be determined location , reinsert the skin and mechanically reconnect the frame at the cut with 1/8 " aluminum strip. Anyone else have this problem? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Pics to be added asap. About 1/8" of skin is out and about 13" long on the hinge side of door.

You remove the bottom extruded frame piece by grinding the weld in the corners off, then you can slide the skin out and then back in. When done reweld the corners.

The one piece door frame is U shaped, it all slides out the bottom.
