Battery/30 amp
When battery is in STORE position with 30 amp plugged in and the battery has been depleted, should all the 12 volt systems work

Yes as long as your converter is on and working properly.

Not on all units. My converter WAS connected on the "downstream" side of the cutoff switch. I relocated the 12 volt feed from the converter to the "upstream" terminal of the cutoff switch so I could truly isolate the batts from the circuit if I needed to.
