running lights

Hi all,

I have a 73' Airstream that the rear backup lights and running/signal/brake light cans were rusted out. I've replace the cans with new ones from Vintage Airstream and everything works great. Now I want to replace the backup light cans with another set of running/brake/signal lights.... can that be done without having issues with fuses or anything else burning out?.....I was in the Keys this past winter and I thought I saw another Airstream about the same year that had done this, but not sure.....

Howdy! and Welcome aboard!

So.. a 'pirate'... arrrrggghhhh! Yes, you should be able to 'add' additional 'lighting'. If 'load' is a concern, try also upgrading to LEDs... sometimes brighter and usually more 'reliable'!
