When i am on dc power and turn on my galley lights i go from full batt power to nothing........ if i turn off galley lights my info cluster turns back on and i registers full power, it was doing this at first and i moved the batts a bit and everything worked as normal now its back to power loss like i have a short or something any suggestions(previous owner installed florescent units for galley and the front over head light and these are both my problem and the only issue all other things work.) 1978 sovereign 31' center bath

When you have the problem lights on. Will the pump still run? If so, it sounds like you have a bad connection in the lighting circuit. Is the cluster on that same circuit? If you have the old glass fuses you may have a bad fuse or holder affecting that circuit. If everything goes dead, I would suspect a battery connection either at the battery or at the fuse panel. Check both positive and negative connections.

When I turn the galley lights on nothing works, no other lights, pump ....etc and when I turn it off everything works.

I would start by disconnecting the galley lights one at a time. You may have a bad ballast in one of the fixtures.
I would be concerned about a short if you were blowing fuses.
I am still leaning toward a bad connection causing the voltage drop and affecting all other DC stuff. If you have a bad ballast causing the high current draw and not blowing a fuse. The voltage is dropping somewhere. At a battery connection for example. No voltage=no current=no fuse blown.

I will start by checking my batt connections first a loose ground could cause all this right?

You may have more than one issue. The pump is a high current draw device as well as the furnace blower. If you leave the galley lights off, then turn on the furnace blower along with starting the pump and they will run. I would say your connections are OK. If you try to turn the galley lights on while the furnace blower is running and everything dies then I would look into the galley lighting as mentioned earlier.
