Front Clearance Lights - '67 Globetrotter

Both of my front clearance lights are out on my 67 Globetrotter. The rear ones and taillights are fine. Where/how can I access the connection where the power to the front clearance lights ties in with the rear/taillights? Thanks in advance for any help on this!

I had several clearance lights on my 68 that did not work with I got the trailer and I was afraid of a wiring issue. With a little checking, I found that the ground was bad (the connection between the base and the trailer skin). I drilled out the rivets holding the bases down to the trailer and cleaned up the connections and checked for 12 volts. A little vulkem in the hole where the wire came out and new rivets to reattach the base and they all worked.
