Separate Water Pump? and Recessed Shower Fixture

I am going to put a recessed shower fixture in the shower area (basically one of these: Whale Marine - Products)
Is there a better brand? I don't like that the shower head is so small, but I'm having a hard time finding something larger....suggestions?
That brings me to my other question, regarding a water pump. Does anyone think I'd need 2 water pumps? Or would one, for the whole trailer suffice?

I know nothing about the shower head, but I can't imagine needing two water pumps or even how they would be connected to your system. One water pump seems to work fine for virtually all RV's. Now, maybe a 40' party buss....
