1961 Rear bath Ambassador tub/shower

I hate to be a pain, but I have looked through 1000s of pics, but not one is showing me how the top of the tub is finished off to look finished and to keep water from getting behind the tub.
My 61 was in 100% operational condition, besides the top piece of the tub (Whatever that was).
Does ANYONE have a pic or know of a pic showing the tub (Road side tub, vanity back and toilet on the curbside)?
I have spent so many hours looking so I would have to ask stupid questions and waste anyone's time. I just can't find it and my searches of EVERYTHING around my year come back blank.
