Water pump switch

We have a 2003 28' Classic. The water pump switch in the bathroom is acting broke. Used to be able to turn off and on the water pump with either he range hood water pump switch or the bathroom water pump switch. Both Switches were independent of each other. Now the batjroom water pump switch does not turn on the water pump. Instead, the range hood water pump switch must be set to on. Funny that I can turn off water pump still from bathroom with a flip of switch. Just cannot turn on the water pump from the bathroom.

I tried replacing the bathroom and switch and this did not work. I suspect the range hood switch is not working. I don't know how to remove the panel on the range hood. I don't think I pry off the switch panel on the range hood. Instead, my guess is I have to remove the range hood.
