Question What size is it 54 or 60 gallon (FW tank)

I'm planning on cleaning the fresh water tank on our '02 28' Classis today. I've read up on the procedure and I'm all set to go except I don't know which is the correct size of our tank. the specs in the book say a 54 gallon tank but on the closet door it says it is a 60 gallon tank. Does anyone know which is correct. I think I'll go ahead and clean it as if it's a 60 gallon but would like to know which it is.

One other quick question, do any of you use a deodorizer in your tank or something else? I've seen products advertised for removing soap scum build-up and the like. Is this really an issue? If you do, what quantity and how frequently?

Thanks in advance for your help

Your water heater holds the other 6 gallons.

I use an 'enzymatic' sanitizer/deodorizer once a year in the grey tank just 'because' & in the black tank a little more often depending on use or if we 'detect' a odoriferous reason to increase the frequency of treatments! Follow the instructions for '1st/initial treatment' if you don't plan to use it exclusively, we don't & not for combined use with the 'blue' stuff or like!. Can't remember the brand name of the one we just bought at Camping World, but boat supply stores carry it also. At the Cape that would be my 1st stop!
