Need help with new black tank

Can anybody tell me what valve to purchase and how to install studs in a black tank purchased from Inland RV? It is for a 67 Globe trotter. I tried to call Inland to ask them about this, and all I get told is that Andy is in the back and he can't be bothered. It seems like once you buy from Inland and they get your money, they are done talking to you. Any help would be appreciated.

Since I have been short handed, I must then be in the shop, making parts, welding, melting plastic etc.

I always return calls when a message is left.

We DO NOT EVER ignore a customer, as you suggested.

We do have the valve that you need.

Andy

I agree with Andy, that's always been my experience when working with Inland RV.

Inland RV Center

I count my blessing knowing Andy is there. I am sure it was just a fluke...

Wow. Thanks for the help. I never got a call back, but that is OK. Steve at VTS was more than willing to give me the information I needed. Obviously, our experiences with Inland RV differ.
