I'm replacing most of the plumbing on my 68 Overlander with pex. In the back of the unit, there are two valves, drains from the fresh water system, one hot and one cold, or so it appears. Can I join the drain lines to one valve, and drain the system thru one valve? This project is making me nuts, now I feel like a real Airstream owner.

If you join the lines into one valve, then the hot/cold separation will be compromised. This means that most likely both taps will be warm water throughout the trailer.
