Mystery Part

Greetings all,

Can anyone identify this part?

I'm guessing it is a visual level indicator for the fresh water tank. It was secured to the floor next to the hot water tank, but was attached to nothing. Lower end with valve ran off under toilet, upper end ran through hole in floor but did not drain outside.

Thanks,

Dave

You are exactly correct. We have the same sight glass in ours that works well.

LHall,

Thanks for the info. The way I found it was strange, but not the strangest thing I've found!

There is a whole thread on here dedicated to strange things found, it is pretty fun to read.
