Airstream onboard water regulator?

I have been told that Airstream builds in a water pressure regulator on each trailer. Where is it located? We have owned two since 1995 and I'll admit I never looked for one.
Our present trailer came with some stuff added by PO. A short pipe attatched to water inlet-then a multi-fixture with a regular faucet on it pointing down (for a washdown pump) and then out to what I presume is a backflow or anti-syphon vale and then the fitting for a hose to campground source. The multi fixture had a guage on it which I am guessing was a pressure guage. It got smashed last year and I have now taken the entire assembly off and am mulling what to do. I don't want to ADD a brass pressure regulator IF there is one already in the trailer. Trailer is an 88' 29' Excella 1000.

On my 89 the regulator is built into the water inlet itself..........Had a tech take it apart a few years ago and in that process discovered this........Wish there was some way to allow a bit more pressure in fact......My water pump creates more pressure than that durn thing lets flow..........Dennis
