Re-tension Oceanaire Blinds
I needed to re-tension one of my Oceanaire blinds so I contacted the company to get the proper procedure. Attached is a PDF of what they recommend.

Getting the screw covers off is nearly impossible. Oceanaire suggested a small screwdriver or pointed blade, but I found I would just damage them. I ended up drilling a very small hole in each cover and two of the four came off just by drilling. The other two came off easily with a small pick.
