Leak on Roadside front 86' Sovereign

I have my 86' 25' Sovereign stored in an open air lot and after a recent heavy rain checked it out and saw water stains and on the curbside front section of the plywood a saturated plywood area about 4 inches in from the wall on the floor from the battery housing to the dining room fold out table.

It was suggested to me that the AC unit needed to be tightened down after a 4 month stint on the road last summer. So I did but it didn't solve the leak issue

Does anyone have information on where I can get the AS pressure tested?? I know to check all my seams but I will be concerned about not finding the culprit so I'd rather bite the bullet and get it tested.

I live in Cincinnati in Southwest Ohio near JC but they can't take me in until end of Sept. when I am scheduled to leave for South Dakota for a month.

I had a similar stain on the front road side of my '87 Excella. The cause was the caulking around the window. Since I was at JC at the time, they redid all the caulking and seals for the wrap-around and front windows, including the stone guards. Problem solved.
