Hole in my Acrylic shower floor

Hi there. Getting ready for our trip westward and took Airstream out of storage. Turns out that our center shower with an acrylic floor has a 1 inch by half inch hole in the floor. Don't know how it got there but it is.

Any suggestions for patching the floor so the shower can be used? We are supposed to head out Friday for a Habitat for Humanity build in Belgrade Montana.

Thanks in advance,
Steve

JB WaterWeld has worked well on a few projects I’ve done. I’m not one for gimmick products but this stuff does well

Thanks for the suggestion. I have ordered a tube this am and will try it out. there are cracks leading out from the hole. Should I drill them out at the end of the cracks to cut off their spread?
Thanks
Steve

Since you already have a hole to repair, I would stop-drill the cracks and seal them at the same time as the hole. I'm concerned standing on that floor and it flexing, will cause the cracks to run if you don't.

Spray foam under the pan through the hole before you patch. DO NOT use the triple expanding

I don't have a fix for your damage, but a recommendation. Never travel with the shower wand in the overhead holder. Place the wand on the floor and wrap it in a hand towel. If winterizing, remove the wand from the flex hose and lay it on the shower floor also. Many damages have happened when a good bounce pops the wand off the support. Not trying to add insult to injury, it happened to our sink in our 72 Safari years ago.

When I got a hole in mine I was able to access the backside of it from the water pump compartment. The shower is fiberglas so I patched it from the back with a piece of fiberglas and a LOT of resin.

There are people who do this professionally. They guarantee their work and the patch is color matched, not noticeable like it will be for a DIY job. I've watched a few people do this. They used an epoxy filler, then a color matched top coat before sanding and polishing.
Call around to plumbing supply or big box supply stores and ask who does tub repair/patching in your area.
