Contrary point of view about N. Dallas RV.
I spent some time there to try and order some parts from Randy and this is what I saw: The shop is the most cluttered and filthy repair facility of any kind I've ever been in. I would not take my A/S in there for anything. If they don't respect their place of work and have good work habits I doubt if they would treat your A/S with any more attention. Their office and store is just as bad.
Better off driving a few hundred miles to AR or even to Jackson Center to have repair work done. I guess they might be able to put in a screw or install a bracket, but there is no way I would leave a trailer in there overnight.
