2017 BC leaking fan/vent

My fan/vent is leaking
Any advice I’m thinking possibly maybe just needs more sealant.?
We have had lots of rain.
Or
Maybe the flap is not sealing properly.?
Any with this issue.

If you have ever towed with the fan vent partly open it can create fatigue cracks that eventually leak. On a new unit this is more likely than a major sealant leak, however getting up to the roof and taking a look should be the first step.
