The real problem is that the tire was probably made in China. I replaced the tires on an earlier Excella we had with Carlisle "E" rated and never had another problem.
Getting ready to do the same thing on the Excella we currently own, as they are Chinese made also. So far, we've been lucky and haven't had any problem with the current GYM's
