European conversion?

Hi all

Anyone done the whole european import thing and changed over to a mechanical braked axle?
Recommend a good converter?

Tips?

I'm struggling on this one.

Jenaz is in Switzerland, nr Davos, But the Forum only allow USA states etc..

Brakes with a static handbrake are required here..im learning
