Question Can't figure how to remove this part?

I have tugged and tugged and it does not budge. Cant seem to see how it is attached so I can get it out? After pulling out the sink and cabinet this thing was left under there? Any help or advice is so greatly appreciated..... Thanks Melissa

If you remove the outside component by drilling the attaching rivets, you should be able to see how it comes out.

Drill all the rivets out on the small aluminum panel that attaches to the skin. The vent cover and blower unitwill slide out. Is the power disconnected from the blower? There is always one hidden rivet or screw.

Good Luck
