Hormones for some, hot flashes can drive a/c technicians nuts.

Exercise will require less btu's from outside sources.

Kitchen is always warmer, if you do a lot of cooking.

Snowbirds here in Florida alway complain of the heat first year but by the 4th or 5th they are complaining of the cold like the natives.

Then you can change mental attitude toward temperature with yogi
