AC wiring
Does anyone else have this issue. Lost 12volt power to thermostat control. Moisture got in the pin jack plug that runs to the control. It shorted the connection disrupting power to control hence no air from either unit. The electrical connections are sitting in close proximity to evaporator coils. In hot humid NC now these will sweat and produce moisture that falls down near these connections. All condensation runs out tube to outside normally but this slight amount of sweating does not. Any suggestions how to "waterproof" these. I see this recurring again due to position of this wiring. There is no space available to reposition these to escape the moisture.
