AC unit won't start

We have a 2006 25ft Safari FB. Our Duo-Therm AC unit stopped working yesterday, however the Comfort Control Thermostat still works. I checked the circuit breaker and fuses and all seems normal. Anything else I should try before I bring it in for servicing?

More information please. Does the unit blow air at all? Does it blow hot air instead of cold?
My 2006 FB has the 11,000 BTU Duotherm on it and I was able to fix it last month as it was blowing hot air not cold

Does the fan work when in fan only mode?

Try a Reset

Sounds like the same thing that happened to me. Try this:

AC unit won't start in fan mode either. Thanks for the tips, but I think I'll have to bring it in for servicing. I'll post the results when I have them.

I had the same issue, but I found that I had a switch that goes one way for the microwave, and another for the air conditioner. If I forget to turn the switch to air conditioner then nothing happens.

Regards,

Reganzo

I brought our Airstream in to be serviced, and it turns out a wire needed to be replaced. Much better than having to replace the entire unit! Thanks to everyone who tried helping us!

Try turning it on, and you might hear some humming...be sure to have the lower inside cover off...reach up in there and give that squirrel wheel a tug downward towards you...sometimes those wheels have to be oiled.
