Help with 58 Kelvinator Fridge

Newbie here hoping for some help. Just purchased a 58 Traveler Airstream trailer and very excited to getting here back to her original beauty. The fridge does not work and has some cracks on its interior. Where to I start with a project like this? Is there a domestic supplier of parts or someone that specializes in old appliance like this. I am not that handy and willing to pay to have it done properly. I do not want to buy a new one as I love the vintage look of this one. Any ideas?

If it were me I'd pull it out and start by cleaning everything really well. Check to be sure none of the wiring is burnt through, worn or cracked and replace it if it is. You may get lucky.
