Well..We are packed up and ready to go early Monday morning.The weather is going to be in the upper 60 to 70 just like it is here right now.We are having a very warm Christmas this year it seems so far.Merry christmas to all and be safe for those leaving after christmas day.

Hey All...
We just got back from our trip yesterday evening and it turned out to be pretty good.We took an extra person with us (our little 10 year old niece.)and showed her some of the sights.She liked it very much.This year though it seemed it was very crowded this year.More than normal like it is here in the summer time.It was very hard to find parking and also hard to walk through the crowds.
The weather was nice until it would get dark but over all it was about 65 degrees.Right now it is going to be around 75 where I live so I get to wear my shorts again.I am already planning another trip to go again here shortly but this time I am going by the Airstream dealer to get all my warrenty work done.We are also now looking to get a bigger Airstream as well.It may even take several more years to do it but when I do it I am going to be so happy.(My excuse is that we need it because we have a child and if we were to take any of her friends it would be easier to deal with in the bigger one...She agreed.YeeeeeHaaawwww!!!!!!!

So Devoman, was that you that tooted your horn and waved at me on Wednesday while I was sitting at the light on A1A? I was taking the scenic route down the coast from Jacksonville and someone in a dark Touareg passed me and gave me a wave while I was sitting at the light in north St Augustine.

You are right, the weather was perfect this past week - I ended up in Titusville and other than some overnight showers Wednesday night, the weather was ideal.

Lots of folks on the road this past week - traffic was so heavy northbound on the Florida Turnpike that they suspended collecting tolls - I saved $7.50 and it only cost me a three minute slowdown at the toll plaza.

I dont have a dark Touareg anymore.I traded it in for a goldish one instead.I did see someone with an excella and was coming through the senic route from vilano.If it was you I flashed my lights and waved.Looks to be the same rig in your avatar.That road takes you straight to the childrens park with the Carosell.

Yep, that was me. I was sitting at the light right across from the park and the carousel waiting to turn. I thought the VW was dark colored, but I wasn't paying too much attention and it was over with before I was aware what was going on.
