My wife and I stayed at Colter Bay last year when we went to GTNP and Yellowstone. It is right off Jackson Lake. I felt like I had more space at my site than the site I stayed at while in Yellowstone. I would definitely stay at Colter Bay again. I liked all amenities that were available - restaurant, kayaking, and gift shop.
Hi from AZ. . .we made the mistake of picking the Jackson KOA, & left after one night. Muddy, un-level, dirty bathrooms, no TV or cell service, all for $71/per (the highest I had paid in 2011) I would consider Gros Ventre, very scenic & pleasant place to camp., regards, Craig
