'86 argosy interior repair

Hello, Just purchased my 86 Argosy, after looking at many other trailers there was no comparison. It needs minor cosmetic work. The interior roof has signs of water damage. I discovered that the AC leaks into the interior after running for several hours. Has anyone replaced the interior paneling that can share some advice? I'm pretty handy and plan on doing the work myself. What type of paneling should I use ? any other advice or tips will be appreciated.
Thanks

We are in the process of doing the same thing and are still undecided about what to put on the ceiling. I was looking last night online and came across this product. Ceiling Tiles by Armstrong

I'm not sure it this is feasible or not, but looks interesting. I don't know how flexible it would be to do the curved part of the ceiling. We have also toyed with the idea of doing wood, but I don't want to feel like I'm in a coffin!

The other thing we are doing is putting styrofoam (sheets cut to fit) insulation on the ceiling. We thought that if we had a small leak later on, it wouldn't ruin the insulation like it would fiberglass batting.

Would love to see some interior photos of your Argosy. I keep looking to compare. Ours can be seen in my gallery.

Thanks, looks intresting . I don't thing these tiles will work on the curved areas of the roof. I prefer something similiar to whats already there since I don't want to replace the entire cieling. I like the idea of the styrofoam insulation and it's something I will consider. Keep me posted on your progress. I will send pictures later.

That's the one thing that has kept us from doing it. I'm afraid they would break on the curves. Also, my husband is pretty tall and I'm afraid he'd be constantly sticking his fingers in it and scarring it!

We are probably going to go with a thin, finished plywood and maybe some thin boards for the curve. Hubby thinks it will look plush, I think it will look like a coffin - we'll see because I think he's going to win this one!
