Serial Number Question

So, in typical fashion I have a 1970 27 Overlander that is new to me. The PO titled the trailer using a "1" and not an "I" as the first letter in the serial number. Is it worth trying to correct at this point or will it simply cause too much confusion at the DMV when I go to title the trailer?

I would leave it alone & don't call attention to it. On vintage trailers the "I" & "1" were both used on the VIN plates some have "I" & some have "1".
