I really have enjoyed looking at all the places people have been with their Airsteam trailers and motorhomes. Thank you.

This is not the best view our Airstreams have ever seen, but its the only one I could find on my iPad. I submit it mainly so I can say "if post#19 doesn't win this, there is something seriously wrong" with a contributors eye.
That said, I would give all I own to spend some time in the bottom pic in post #62!!

I have enjoyed the January Photo Contest entries. Thanks all! I have many favorites. I will deliberate Sunday and announce the lucky winner. Probably at halftime.

Dick you picked a beautiful winning photo. We hope to someday take a reflective photo like that also.

Shiny Objects
Thanks Hittenstiehl,
Choosing was hard. Great photos all. We are about to take off on a one year adventure in our Flying Cloud.
I am a sucker for shiny objects.

Holy Cow! I just logged in to the forum this morning (after a two day mourning period for the Broncos -Ut. doesn't have a pro football team, so the Broncos are the next best thing- and to my surprise, I actually won the January photo contest.
Sorry I'm late, I really consider it an honor and have admired many, many photos in this fun contest over the years.
Thank you COLONEL, for all of your work and I'm very pleased that you like my picture, there were so many great shots to like.
This is a first for me but over the years I've had this idea of what I would do if by some chance I ended up winning. It may have been done before but I don't recall seeing it.
Since it's the dead of winter for many of us, I have chosen a format that all of us could shoot, no matter what the weather is like. It's all in the details...literally.
RULES:
1. It's time to use your Macro or close up feature of your camera to capture one square foot or less (closer) of a detail on your trailer.
2. Interior or exterior.
3. Bonus points for the shot making a statement. Ex: A bullet hole, a spiders web attached to your trailer, etc.
4. And as always, your shot must contain some part or portion of an Airstream.
"Less is more" good luck,
Sheridan

Sheridan, congratulations on your winning shot. Your idea for this month sounds great. Should see some interesting things that we may not be able to decipher and we learn more about our cameras. I will look for the February thread.
