On our maiden voyage with my brand new 2013 27' Flying Cloud, I had an unfortunate run-in with some gas pump, concrete filled steel pipe, protectors scraping down the left side on my baby! I was sick!!!!!

Excellent information, help, and results with Good Sam - Blue Sky Insurance. I recommend them to everyone.

My Dealer, Airstream Adventures Northwest, in Portland, Oregon, went above and beyond with their service department. Repairs were done quickly, and most important, done perfectly. You could never tell anything had ever happened on that side. Technichan, Ben did and excellent job and went over everything he did with us.

All in all, a very upsetting maiden voyage turned into a very satisfying experience.
