dents, ugly

I just bought a 69 31 ft. soverign, it has a dent on the front upper corner. Do I have to replace the panel? Can a dent Dr. type repair be done? Typicaly what would it cost to have a corner piece replaced?

do a search here for dents, etc. Many threads devoted to this. You will find some can be fixed, many cannot. The dent guys don't seem to like aluminum from what I hear.
